Memberships are non-refundable. Some memberships offer free trial periods, others are recurring (daily, weekly, monthly or annual) charges so you can always cancel before the next billing cycle.
Yes, we allow our customers to design the entire card from color, imagery, & details on the card.
We use secure validation by generating a unique QR for every membership. We also validate each time a perk is used by a member which further reduces reduces fraud and error.
